As an animal-free alternative to genuine leather, it offers the balance of quality, durability, and timeless style we look for when selecting materials for our designs.
Does every bag include both straps?
If a Sorrel West bag offers both shoulder and crossbody carry, both straps are included with your purchase. Product details on each page will specify what's included with each design.
How should I care for my bag?
To help preserve your bag's appearance, gently clean it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth as needed. When not in use, store your bag in its included Sorrel West dust bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture, harsh chemicals, and abrasive surfaces.
What is your return policy?

What if my order arrives damaged?
