Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sorrel West. We carefully prepare and package each order before it leaves us.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. 

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Sorrel West's control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sorrelwest.com. We will do our best to make changes before your order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us at hello@sorrelwest.com with your order number and any relevant information or photos so we can assist you.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors who may have received it. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
